Today we took the scenic railway through the hilly rainforest to Kuranda. The railway journey was spectacular but the town at the end of it was a little disappointing - full of tourist tat shops. We went for a nice walk in the rainforest before taking the "skyrail" gondola back down towards Cairns in the afternoon.
